How to reach us.
Everything here goes to the same person. The categories exist so the urgent things are recognisable as urgent, not to route you through a switchboard.
Something is broken
A ticket gets you a private thread with the person who wrote the code. Attach logs and configs; no account needed.
A question others might share
The forum is public and searchable, which makes an answer there worth more than the same answer sent privately.
Commercial and partnership
Deploying MeshHold in an organisation, reselling services around it, or building on it. Use a ticket and pick the matching category — it lands in the same place a mail would, with the thread kept in one piece.
Security
Suspected vulnerabilities go privately, never to the forum. Mail meshhold@gmail.com or open a ticket marked Security report. You will get an acknowledgement and an honest account of what we can do and when.
Data protection
Access, export, correction or deletion of your data: meshhold@gmail.com. Forum accounts can do most of it from the account page without asking.
Press and legal
Same address: meshhold@gmail.com. The operator, the hosting arrangement and the supervisory authority are all named on the imprint.
Who you are writing to. MeshHold is a private project run by Iurii Iakovlev in Novi Sad, Serbia. There is no company behind it yet, no support team, and no sales desk — which is worth knowing before you write, and worth saying before you find out.
Replies take days rather than hours, and there is no tier that changes that today. What there is instead: whoever answers you can also fix it.
