How do I set the swarm-key on Windows? PINNED LOCKED

I'm trying to follow the Personal Cloud guide but meshvault keygen errors out on Windows. Has anyone seen this?

Here's the error:

ERROR: keygen failed: no entropy source

Any clues?

Fixed it � meshvault.exe keygen works after installing Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable.

Same here on win11.
